About the Role
We seek an exceptional content writer with experience writing for a professional audience (B2B) in the Financial Services or Commercial Real Estate industry. In addition, you will work closely with our founder and agency partners to help execute our marketing strategy. You will be responsible for producing high-quality written content on various topics, including content related to Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Market Reports, Macroeconomics, and Capital Markets. Your work will be published on our website, blog, social media channels, and other marketing collateral. To be successful, you must demonstrate exceptional storytelling skills that breathe life into complex concepts and make them accessible, compelling, and educational to our target audience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Editorial Standards
Create and document editorial standards and style guides and editorial processes.
Website & SEO
Lead the redesign of our website, optimizing for SEO, and competitive analysis to enhance online visibility and user experience.
Content Marketing
Establish our content strategy, including the launch of our blog, to position us as industry thought leaders and drive organic traffic.
PR
Get creative on how to get our name out there in the media to ensure we are top of mind in the real-estate industry.
Social Media
Work to execute social marketing strategy by creating engaging and relevant content tailored for our target audience.
Sales Alignment
Collaborate with sales and designers to develop tailored collateral for sales pitches, conferences, and lead generation efforts, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.

You’re a talented, experienced marketing content creator with a penchant for digital marketing. You have experience not just executing but also building from the ground up. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at managing cross-functional projects with precision and agility. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
- Knowledge and experience in B2B marketing, with prior experience in digital marketing preferred.
- An understanding of commercial real estate and finance or a demonstrated ability to learn a new industry and articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Experience writing Finance or Commercial Real Estate focused content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights and compelling stories from complex data.

About the Role
The Research Analyst will work directly with the founder and credit team providing reliable, timely, and efficient support. This role has an array of responsibilities which include but are not limited to the following:
- Gather property information from multiple third-party data sources and enter data into various property systems.
- Accurately maintain and update information within the research databases, closely tracking, recording, and updating real estate market information.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities through analysis of trends and overall market conditions.
- Assist in developing formal written external communications such as written reports and publications.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights and compelling stories from complex data.
- Draft, edit and proofread correspondence reports, letters of intent, agreements, proposals and presentations on behalf of the team.
- Supporting the mortgage originators in reviewing credit applications and investment opportunities.
Qualification
- Direct experience using various public and private Real Estate databases and information sources.
- Familiar and comfortable with exploring and utilizing new and emerging information technology.
- Experience in performing various real property research such as leases and sales data, tracking developments, development bylaws and land use planning documents.
- Exceptional business written and verbal skills to provide articulate and effective communication.
- Strong skills using MS 365 suite of products, and comfortable learning new software.
- Understanding of financial concepts related to commercial real estate and real estate development.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain utmost confidentiality.

About the Role
The Credit Analyst will work directly with the founder, the origination and the credit team to analyse credit applications and investment opportunities. This role has an array of responsibilities which include but are not limited to the following:
Credit and Real Estate Analysis
- Evaluate the merits of a credit application through analysis of operating statements, project proformas, financial statements and market data.
- Conduct thorough due diligence of financial data, borrower backgrounds and underlying real estate assets to support the analysis and investment memorandums.
- Review third-party reports, including but not limited to Appraisal Reports, Environmental Site Assessments and Engineering studies, for analysis and compliance purposes.
- Create robust financial models to estimate future cash flows, financing requirements, valuation of the underlying asset, and to support the structuring of credit applications.
- Create detailed credit and investment presentations outlining the deal structure and outlining the findings from the analysis.
Funding Coordination and Progress Draw Management
- Assisting in the coordination of pre-funding conditions to meet all funding conditions within tight deadlines.
- Review progress inspection reports and estimate loan draws based on lender and investor requirements.
Other Responsibilities
